Topic 10: Problems
Teachers act as caring and supportive adults in the lives of their students, providing guidance, support, advice, and0 connecting adolescents with the proper authorities when the situation requires it. McMahan and Thompsons (2015) chapter eleven, "[c]hallenges", discusses the many internalizing and externalizing problems that teens face (p. 378-411).
